1. Introduction

Welcome to Reliant Rentalz. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Definitions

"Company": Refers to Reliant Rentalz.
"Customer": The individual or entity renting the vehicle.
"Vehicle": The car or vehicle provided by the Company for rental.

3. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license recognized in India.

4. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time and date specified in the rental agreement and ends when the vehicle is returned to the Company. Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved by the Company.

5. Payment Terms

Rental charges must be paid in full at the commencement of the rental period. Additional charges, such as fuel, tolls, and damages, will be billed upon return of the vehicle.

6. Use of Vehicle

The Customer agrees to:

Operate the vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or towing.
Ensure only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement operate the vehicle.

7. Insurance and Liability

The Company provides basic insurance coverage as per Indian regulations. The Customer is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance, including those resulting from negligence or unauthorized use.

8. Maintenance and Repairs

Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the Company. The Customer must promptly report any issues or damages to the vehicle. Unauthorized repairs are prohibited.

9. Fuel Policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition. Missing fuel will be charged based on current fuel rates.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice if the Customer breaches any terms or engages in prohibited activities.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kerala.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
